Developments Trials at shop floor from initial stage & also responsible for Preparation and submission of PPAP documents as per the timeline. Forging parts drawing preparation both for ‘IN-HOUSE’ & ‘OUT SOURCING’ & approving at the vendor end. Process sheet designing from prototype to mass production. Cutting tool ordering and approval. Machining operation development. To submit part samples to the customers within the time line according to the project track sheet.
