  Victim Support Europe is the leading umbrella organisation at the European level representing all victims of crime. We are working to ensure that victims are respected, have access to their rights and are able to make their voice heard throughout the criminal justice process.Topics of focus: Human Trafficking & Organised Crime, Gender-based Violence/Violence against Women.- Research and policy development: research and writing of position papers on issues linked to criminal justice.- Advocacy: development of advocacy strategies, implementation of outreach activities with EU institutions.- Project management: coordination and support in delivery of projects in Europe and Canada: * AREV (Advancing Rights of Estonian Victims), in collaboration with the Estonian Ministry of Justice, on improving the victim-centric approach and cooperation between the police, victim support services, health services, judges and prosecutors. * Breaking Barriers: working with the Ontario's Provincial Police (Canada) for improving a victim-centric response to victims of trafficking. * INFOVICTIMS III, on enhancing the provision of information to victims of crime. * CHAT for victims: developing a live-chat service adapted to the needs of victims with disabilities.- Communication: supporting event organisation, campaign development, social media management.   Student project. In charge of the creation of a one-hour radio programme on women's rights in Turkey, including discussions on the EU-Turkey relationship and on human rights. In charge of choosing the subject, the guests, writing the programme, presenting it, interviewing the guests. Euradio is a local radio which aims to talk about European current news in an accessible way. It is currently expanding and is the only Radio School in Europe. Student project.
