  In charge of the BtoB interface of the Assessfirst software, I lead a 7 developers squad, conducted discovery and wrote specifications.One of the main accomplishments of my time as a Product Manager was to spec an entire rebuilding of our application which had become legacy and conduct it successfully. Really motivated by improving processes, I also started proposing processes and structuring the tech /product teams' way of working
