Looking for a project management assistant I hired some 10 years ago Solenn. … and we never had a PM assistant, but a successful young Project manager ! Always thinking that it is better to have an educated IT specialist for managing IT projects, I must say that I was wrong (at least in her case) and in some project meetings I had the impression that she was the IT expert.
