Pamela Culbertson EMBA, PMP
I have had the good fortune of working with Solène over the course of the past year. As my Regional Director of Marketing of our Latin American marketing team, Solène excelled in many areas. She was able to effectively plan and execute the marketing strategy for Latin America across all existing and new Beereaders products/services. In addition, Solène demonstrated leadership in establishing and managing a marketing budget as well as oversee the successful implementation of the marketing strategy, including project, personnel, and budget management. Solène works collaboratively with others and takes the development of her team very seriously. She developed trainings for her team members in technology platforms such as HubSpot and ClickUp. She developed new workflows and processes in support of our Sales and Marketing teams that had a significant impact on the efficiency and effectiveness of our teams and processes developing KPIs and demonstrating the ROI of our investments. In addition, Solène was key in developing, expanding, and managing our relationships with alliances and media companies, to take our brand awareness further across Latin America. She worked tirelessly to support our sales teams with onsite events planning as well as an individual series of professional learning modules for principals, teachers, and students across the company, working with industry experts and renowned children’s authors. Ms. Gabellec has excellent bilingual communication skills, leading weekly and monthly sales meetings, establishing clear goals and expectations in support of each. She communicates results, and impacts in a professional manner across all levels of the organization from the CEO level to individual team members. Sol is a very creative and strategic thinker.
