I've worked with Solange for close to two years and have nothing but good things to say about her. I've met her when she was an outsourced Test Lead supporting a crucial delivery of WSOP project that I was in charge of at Playtika. After that she made a great impression on everyone with her technical and leadership skills as a Dev Tester once she was hired to work at Playtika. And within a short period of time she was promoted to Production QA Lead where we worked closely on testing new releases. As a Production QA Lead she was again a very competent, technical, hard-working, approachable and understanding colleague. She always did her best to deliver quality for the company, was not shy to stay extra overtime hours to finish crucial tasks and had a great relationship with her subordinates and other QA Leads. She did not shy away from taking responsibility, suggesting and implementing innovative ideas, which caused her team to become more efficient and ultimately being able to deliver more quality for the company.
