Project Highlights:• Peter J. Biondi Route 206 Bypass - Contract B, New Jersey Department of Transportation, NJ. Highway Engineer responsible for design calculations, utilities, roadway plans, horizontal and vertical alignments, grading, traffic signing and striping, traffic control, scheduling, quantities and cost estimates for final design for the $130-million final design of three miles of a new limited access bypass section of Route 206, designed as a divided roadway with two lanes in each direction. • Route 34 over Former F&J Railroad, New Jersey Department of Transportation, Wall Township, NJ, Highway Engineer responsible for preliminary engineering, utilities, roadway horizontal and vertical geometrics, grading, modeling, and traffic control for the replacement of the bridge over the former Freehold & Jamesburg Railroad corridor.• Randolphville Road Bridge 2-B-129, Middlesex County, NJ, Piscataway, NJ, Civil Engineer. Task Leader. Responsible for roadway portion, consisting of project site inspection, horizontal and vertical alignments, grading, utility coordination, traffic control and plan preparation for the rehabilitation of the South Randolphville Road Bridge over Ambrose Brook, a two-span corrugated aluminum plate arch structure with stone masonry spandrel walls and wingwalls. Project Highlights: • NJ Transit Task Order Contract- Sandy Repairs Assisted in preparing a damage assessment report which included near and long term recommendations to protect several NJ Transit facilities. These included the client’s Maintenance Complex and their Headquarters Building. • NJ Transit, Raritan Valley Line Third Track Feasibility Study Responsible for the feasibility study for a Third Track on the existing New Jersey Transit Raritan Valley line. • Amtrak, Accessible Stations Development Program, Nationwide Civil Engineer responsible for civil/site design of existing Amtrak stations. Responsible of providing full compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). Site design included sidewalks, ramps, parking lots and railroad platforms. The project required close coordination with the structural and architectural design teams. • NJ TRANSIT, Design Services for New Wesmont Passenger Station, Wood-Ridge, NJ Assisted in the design of the new Wesmont passenger station in Wood-Ridge, NJ. Design met both NJ TRANSIT and DCA approvals for construction along with construction assistance for the new commuter train station. Show less
