The goal is to automate quality assessment of deformable image registrations using deep learning (convolutional neural networks) in order to further automate and improve the effectiveness of adaptive radiotherapy treatments. The data comes from the Cancer Imaging Archive and consists of CT scans taken from patients with cancer in the head or neck throughout a course of radiotherapy. Show less
