I was a member of a team of 6 which primarily delivered Arc Flash Studies to clients. My main roles in the company were to model one line diagrams onto a piece of software called EasyPower and to visit clients onsite to carry out data collection. • Introduced an improved Library system for the EasyPower software saving an hour a day • Improved efficiency by implementing a process to carry out Arc Flash analysis using an automated Excel sheet saving approximately two hours every week • Interpreted and modelled technical documents into EasyPower software • Efficiently used complex arc flash modelling software such as EasyPower to model single-line diagrams of electrical systems and analyse short circuit studies • Experience managing projects with Synergist (CRM) software • Liaise with relevant parties via email or over the phone to ensure all required data is obtained in a timely manner • Worked in a team to create electrical safety standards for clients Software used: I used a variety of software which included EasyPower, EasyPower Onsite, Synergist, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Word and Office 365.
