I work well with the disciplinary team catering for the students with different needs. We were able to cater for the students’ needs and to adapt different individualized programs and research-based interventions helping them to reach their potential. Three years ago, my professional scope was widened as I was able to serve and develop programs for students at risk of failing and students with high abilities. Teachers, parents and students responded very well to such diverse programs accommodating the students' educational needs. Show less
