  I am in charge of managing the IT department at Collège Sainte Famille Française (CSFF), developing and executing its IT strategy, and leading a team of IT specialists. In almost eight months I had to plan and implement an enterprise-wide infrastructure and systems to support the school with almost 2000+ students and 200+ employees. Managing IT related projects - Integration Management: understand business case and business need; identify high level of deliverables and risks. Direct and manage project work toward creating deliverables. Verify then accept deliverables and get the final product. Get the final acceptance and formally close the project. - Scope Management: identify project scope statement; set project boundaries to avoid scope creep and gold plating. - Schedule Management: estimate project schedule using various documents, tools and techniques. Monitor schedule and manage critical path to finish on time or ahead of schedule if possible. - Communication Management: select communication technology, communication methods and communication channels. Set meetings frequency to share project performance and manage it accordingly. - Stakeholder Management: identify, analyze and create stakeholder register. Manage current stakeholder engagement to meet desired engagement toward project success. - Risk Management: identify risks, make assumptions and validate them. - Quality Management: create quality checklists, quality metrics, quality control measurements documents and provide them to different stakeholders. System migration (server and database and applications) System and support administrator - I worked as systems and support administrator; my main duties included troubleshooting, managing, maintaining, and administering different IT systems to comply with business needs and clients' satisfaction.
