Approached and re-employed by my previous employer to stabilise / develop an “at risk” account for the business. I was responsible for re-developing / enhancing weakened client relations in the short-term and building a culture of trust in order to increase / grow service provision to the client in the longer-term. I was responsible for collating data & then the production of Wage & Guest Room Reports & Analysis in order to effectively invoice our client on a monthly basis. I was also responsible for chairing meetings with the clients Site & Regional Management representatives at agreed frequencies and produce detailed minutes / action plans for each meeting. Geographical Area of Responsibility: South Wales, South Devon, Avon / Sth Glos, BaNES, Wiltshire & Thames Valley.

Responsibility for: Meeting / Communicating with Business representatives to collate Master Data requirements for individual customers, once collected I am responsible for ensuring that the Integrity of the data is maintained.
