      I do run the ERP projects (including international ones) from the very beginning of initiation until its closeout: 1. Identification and initiation phase: Interaction with sales and marketing department and communication with potential customer (business case understanding, estimation, risks and constraints of the project; kick-off meetings) 2. Planning phase - Arrangement and holding the meetings with various stakeholders to assemble requirements for further project Charter and Design Specification. - Preparing the MS Project plan - Preparing the Contract and its supplements (English and Russian/Ukrainian) on the base of the Specification or/and MS Project plan 3. Delivery phase - Organizing of jelly and flexible team (daily, weekly and retrospective catch-up meetings with teams) - Schedule, budget, and deadlines monitoring/control (ITIL, MS Project, Excel) - Arrangement and conducting regular meeting (English and Russian/Ukrainian) on daily/weekly bases with stakeholders to catch-up and demonstrate the deliverables; to discuss and agree on possible solutions on adjustments - Daily catch-up meetings with C-level - Issuing of Invoices and payment monitoring - Other day-to-day operational work (minutes, translation of documentation) 4.
