Als uitzendconsultente ben ik de schakel tussen enerzijds de uitzendmedewerker en anderzijds het bedrijf. Met een focus op rekruteren en selecteren van profielen binnen mijn niche (Construct) ga ik dagelijks op zoek naar de best passende vaste jobs voor mijn kandidaten. Mijn veelzijdig takenpakket bestaat uit sales, (telefonische) screenings, het afnemen van testen, de administratieve opvolging, het persoonlijk begeleiden van kandidaten, het aanbrengen van nieuwe bedrijven, … Door dagelijks de perfecte match tussen een kandidaat en een bedrijf te realiseren, behaal ik mijn commerciële targets. Verder bestaat de jobinhoud uit twee delen: 80% uit het behalen van commerciële targets en 20% uit administratieve taken zoals de loonsadministratie, invullen van sociale documenten en de opvolging van elke uitzendkracht.
