Mijn takenpakket als consultant bestaat uit soft HR: competentiemanagement, adviesverlening aan klanten omtrent profielmatch en ontwikkeling van medewerkers, capteren van de klantennoden, projectleider van selectieprocedures van a tot z, uitvoeren van assessments- en developmentcenters,…Daarnaast ben ik projectleider voor het Wellbeing project binnen ons team en coach ik stagiairs.
