  During the summer of 2021 I was substituting as the main operator for the online service and shopping at a restaurant wholesale. The position included tasks such as compiling, gathering and controlling incoming orders before organizing a viable transportation option for the customer. Each day was different which meant that a specific agenda for every day had to be created. As the main operator of the online service I was also acting as the companys face outwards. This through managing the customer service and thereby solving problems and tailoring the experience for each customer. I was also in charge of ordering and doing inventory on special items or large quantities of certain items ordered by customers.
