When I think driven, diligent, goal focused capable professionals, I immediately think about Sofia. I met her before she joined as Secretary General at BCSD in Portugal and I was impressed by her profound knowledge on sustainability and her strong capacity to create value out of any project. As BCSD I have witnessed how she has strengthened the organisation as a reference in sustainability in Portugal. Under hear leadership I am sure we will always see amazing projects coming into reality. She is passionate about her expertise but also someone that is hands on enough to turn great ideas into reality, this is why she earns my highest recommendation.
