Auction and Best of the Best Winery Product Assistant

In this role I assisted the SOBEWFF Auction Manager with planning and coordination of all auction/fundraising efforts for the Best of the Best and Tribute Dinner events in addition to the online platforms. My responsibilities included email correspondence with various big-name brands, tracking the location of donations via Google Sheets and updating for accuracy, assisting in marketing efforts on the platform "Handbid" to encourage bidding, checking products in the SGWS warehouse to ensure proper vintages and quantities are received as indicated by suppliers, and assisting on-site in Miami Beach throughout the Festival weekend. As P.E.A.R.L Coordinator for the Delta Phi Epsilon Alpha Gamma Chapter I utilized Google Sheets and Google Forms to keep track of and organize over 500 form submissions. In this role I also helped maintain a Wix website (https://dphiepearlco.wixsite.com/alphagamma) and sent weekly emails detailing events the chapter members could participate in to achieve the required amount of P.E.A.R.L submissions needed for each sister.
