I've had the pleasure of both having Sofia as part of my team and working with her directly as she managed her own team. In both situations, she was reliable, efficient and a great advocate for her projects and teams. She's passionate, extremely capable and fantastic at managing up, which I always appreciated. Even when the workload seemed absurdly impossible, Sofia would pull it off and the work would be top notch. She would be a great addition to any team.

I was fortunate to work with Sofia at G Adventures. I was able to interact with her in both of her roles at the company, and would recommend her highly in each of them. Firstly, Sofia is a born leader. She takes accountability and leads from the front. For a period of time, our teams shared an area of the office and what I observed was very impressive.
