Executive Director

As the Executive Director of Movin' On I oversee the entire festival (15,000+ attendees ) including our budget, 75 team members, promotional plans and booking. I advise and lead our 11 person Executive board throughout the year including a variety of diverse director positions. I also serve as a direct contact and liaison between the organization, our advisor, our middle agent and the University. Additionally, I work to develop budget requests and risk management presentations to coordinate with Penn State and the local community.

Director Of Operations

As the Director of Operations for Movin’ On, Penn State’s Annual Music Festival, my job is to organize and oversee all concert site responsibilities for the day of the festival. These responsibilities include but are not limited to: organizing/allocating vendors, overseeing project development, allocating volunteers, supervising waste management of the festival grounds and improving the festival’s sustainability efforts as a whole. In addition, I supervise a team of operations and sustainability coordinators.

As an intern with Reverb, I worked on remote projects while simultaneously traveling to on site activations at concerts/festivals partnered with the nonprofit. I populated the Reverb statistics and data page, while marketing global volunteer opportunities to target groups and individuals. I also focused on generating posts and social media content to promote active participation in keeping the live music industry green. I staffed and lead Reverb Action Village Programs onsite for a variety of different music tours and festivals (i.e. Billie Eilish, The Lumineers, Dave Matthews Band, and Lollapalooza). Lastly, I was involved on a team that researched projects and initiatives that align with Reverb’s eco – friendly mission.

Artist Management and Social Media Intern

Mezz Entertainment is an NYC-based artist consultant and brand management company, with the goal to develop the careers of music artists. I represented the company as an artist management and social media intern. I ran the official Mezz Entertainment LLC Instagram, working on engagement, account growth, and media design. I also initiated various partnership deals and performance opportunities for clients (i.e. DJ Suss One, DJ Wonder) when reaching out to brands and venues.
