  As a Food and Beverage manager in Casino M8trix I am tasked with overseeing 3 sections of the building. 1. Zone8 sports bar and grill2. Epic Bar3. Lotus Cafe I make sure the flow of service for Food&Beverage is undisrupted throughout the buidling. I fill in anywhere that needs assistance, while still moving place to place to make sure things are smooth.

  Opening and closing the bar had different tasks, but the overall job was the same. I was tasked with creating both alcoholic and non alcoholic beverages, while taking care of a busy bar. After a few months of bartending I was told I'd make a great candidate for the Food & Beverage manager position. I applied and got the job.
