  As an experienced consultant, I have been able to take on more responsibility for more complex assignments. Some of the projects I've worked on have been particularly rich and interesting: > The most important project I was involved in was the organisation of the world's largest youth consultation (Youth Talks): during this first edition, I was specifically in charge of leading a community of 2,000 ambassadors in 100 countries (production of educational kits and tools for organising collective intelligence workshops, training, coordination, design and implementation of gamification tools - in this case an "ambassador's passport"). I also coordinated the analysis of over 400,000 verbatims (semantic grouping, harmonisation of frames of reference, redaction of lessons learned for each question, etc.), with a team of analysts. Finally, I worked on the database (translations, analysis graphs, retrieval of specific data, creation of a database for research purposes, etc.).I've also been involved in other projects such as: > Designing and running a "process fresk" to help employees take ownership of a complex system. > Analysing 150 citizens' stories as part of the Assemblée des imaginaires, a project that aims to put the imaginary and new stories back at the centre. • Consultant in collective intelligence

  After a year in a Master 2 in Munich, I returned to bluenove as a consultant, supporting organisations in their consultation and co-construction processes. Here are two examples of projects that I am proud of:> A citizen's journey that I organised for the Court of Auditors as part of the French Presidency of the European Union. 150 citizens were trained in EU-related topics, then took part in a collective intelligence workshop at the Court to think about concrete proposals for the Europe of tomorrow. Some of the most popular ideas were then presented during a large citizens' forum with representatives from the worlds of business, politics and associations at the European level, and we helped them to speak out. > A "People's lab" for CPCU, open to their entire ecosystem. Over the course of a day of workshops, participants were able to work together to come up with practical solutions to a range of issues relating to the Paris heating network. We created an experiential environment with a particularly detailed role-playing scenario to help participants project themselves, empathise and approach the issues from different points of view.Don't hesitate to contact me if you'd like to find out more about these projects!   EDHEC Nations Unies is a student association that organises and participates to Model United Nations. As this initiative is not part of a school program, we manage ourselves the financing, logistics and training for the MUN we participate in. Model United Nations are simulations of the UN held worldwide by some of the most prestigious universities. The participant, called delegate, is representing a country and defend its stance while working with other countries to write resolutions, that proposes solutions to issues faced by the International community. As a president, I was responsible for an international team of 35 students. - I was representing the association with external partners;- I was responsible for the organisation of a MUN for 400 high-school students from the city of Lille;- I was also taking care of the communication of the association (creation of placards, posters or any useful visual, video-making, reports...).I have also participated in several Model United Nations : - OxIMUN (Oxford), 2017: Representing France in the European Council on Brexit and the EU environmental policy;- NMUN (New-York), 2018: Representing Qatar in the OPCW on the ban of chemical weapons;- CUIMUN (Cambridge), 2018: Representing Russia on the Iran Nuclear Deal with Iran and the P5+1 members;- LIMUN (London), 2019: Representing Norway in NATO on its strategy for its Southern Flank (Lybia and the Sahel) and on NATO Membership in the Balkan (North Macedonia).As a delegate, I have learned to:- Write position papers on diverse geopolitical issues;- Search for scientific and reliable informations;- Speak in public and write speeches in English, which is not my native language;- Work in groups, negotiate and find solutions with collective intelligence.
