  I joined Schlumberger Nigeria in 2006 as a Trainee Field Engineer with the Artificial Lift Segment. During my brief stay in SLB (6 months) I had exposure to ESP and Gas Lift Valve (GLV) designs for some wells in the Niger Delta. GLV calibration, pressure testing and installation for MOBIL, Total E&P and SHELL as well as ESP monitoring for ENI AGIP. The training exposure (OFS1, Offshore Survival/SAS, HSSE, e.t.c) served as induction to the oil and gas industry.
