Sneha is a serial entrepreneur with primary focus on women’s health. Her mission in life is to make the women’s reproductive journey beautiful and empower them to lead their care. She believes birth is a physiological event and should be treated like one. The unique blend of her physiotherapy skills and maternity care experience has led her to being an attentive, compassionate skilled and excellent care provider and a business owner. In her life journey, she founded three organizations – Maatratava, The Birth Home & FemFirst; all focusing on health and wellness for women. She is a physiotherapist by education with over 16 years of experience. Worked in numerous medical departments including ICU, post surgical, neuro, geriatric, pediatric and others. She worked as a clinical physiotherapist in many multispecialty hospitals across India, but women’s health always remained closest to her heart. She has held many corporate talks in organizations such as Accenture, Wipro, Volvo, Sapiens on topics such as ergonomic care, menstrual hygiene, parenting, work life balance and others. She enjoys talking about the importance of women's health and the need to prioritize it and she has been playing a fundamental role in creating positive changes towards Women's Health and Rights. She is also a certified childbirth educator and one of the first few doulas of Bangalore. She has attended births in various hospital settings including corporate institutes and birth center and have helped over 1500 families to have a positive birth and postpartum experience. Show less
