  Responsible for NGS data analysis including WGS , WES , Metagenome(16S RNA Sequencing ), Transcriptome and Clinical Exome sequencing analysis. TCGA Data analysis according to the custom need and plotting different figures like boxplot violin plot , survival plot. Responsible for driving the strategic and technical vision for Bioinformatics analysis projects. Setting-up pipelines for Next Generation Sequencing Analysis for different kind of datasets.
