      • Co-authored a live research policy analysis project on “Creating Inclusive Climate Action Plans - Intersection of Climate Change and Caste Inequality in Uttar Pradesh” which was selected as one of the top 5 projects in the 2022 fellowship programme and submitted to Mr. Ritesh Pandey, Member of Parliament. • During my period of the fellowship, I conducted detailed research on the intersection of climate change with caste inequality by studying various national and international reports. 1. Analysed various government laws and policies 2. Examined how certain communities are disproportionately affected by climate change and climate change induced environmental disasters 3. Critically assessed the Climate Action Plans of both the national government and the Uttar Pradesh state government through a caste lens • Suggested strong and actionable recommendations for improving the current policy structure related to caste inequality and climate change. Also suggested major changes in current States’ Climate Action Plans. Show less
