  · Entrusted with the responsibilities of building the themes like sustainable agriculture and allied activities and Integrated Natural Resource Management (INRM) in Katoria Team in Bihar and Keonjhar team in Odisha, PRADAN. · Incorporation, Promotion and facilitation of Farmer Producer Organisations in the project area starting from preparation of business plan to marketing of the produces. · Steered efforts for capacitating the community and stakeholders by conducting trainings and inception workshops. · Working with more than 3500 small and marginal farmers by associating them with SHGs and stakeholders at Producer company to enhance their livelihoods through improved agriculture practices and sensitizing on natural resource management. · Worked on prevention of land degradation and introduction of climate resilience crops with small and Marginal farmers in Banka district of Bihar. · Lead the project “Implementation of Improving Livelihoods with Innovative cropping systems & Improved livestock management” in partnership with Jeevika, Bihar. · Incorporation, Promotion and facilitation of Women SHG federation “Baitarani Mahila Sangha” of more than 500 WSHGs and 6000 members in Patna Block of Keonjhar district in Odisha for convergence and institutional partnership. · Lead the “Mo Upakari Bagicha” project in partnership with Odisha Livelihood Mission in Patna block of Keonjhar district.
