An active member of the Centre for Social Action (Christ Deemed to be University). I have volunteered for the women’s day sensitization program during which we were taken to the project area in rural Bangalore. I was able to spread awareness and educate the audience on sustainable menstruation and menstrual hygiene through a workshop. We were also given the opportunity to distribute personalized reusable pad kits to the women attending the workshop. It was a very personal and educational project to me which motivates me to continue working towards the cause. Show less
