I rarely write recommendations but I am in a unique position to write this one; a better position than LinkedIn even provides the options for: I had the great opportunity to work with Iva as her manager, as her peer, and then also in the "internal customer" relationship. The key traits about Iva are that she takes her job seriously (a mark of a professional), she is dutiful (as in "never drops the ball") and therefore completely reliable. From a manager's perspective, Iva did not need any kind of micromanagement and was proactively approaching me with suggestions and ideas. On a peer level, I enjoyed her approach of seeking the benefit of everyone in the company, not fighting for what is the best just for her team. And in my customer facing role, I had Iva as a reliable counterpart overseeing the production that was a very good collaborator for situations where we wanted to provide our customer with new services or solutions for new needs.
