      Lead a group of 15 young people (15-17 years old) through all the phases of the NCS summer programme. The young people had to learn about the importance of teamwork, communication and leadership skills. Also, they learned about different types of jobs, improved their public speaking and creative skills and find out more about the social issues in their communities. The programme finished with the young people gaining 30 hours of volunteering on a project that focused on raising awareness on the mental health issues of the young people from the LGBTQ+ community.
