I was promoted to Data Sales Manager and in charge of four districts (about 25 stores) showing devices and features and how to apply them to everyday sales. I managed data sales and relayed them to higher management to make sure stores were hitting quotas and goals. I have broken most records for the Omaha market including most lines activated in a day, most new lines in a month, top accessory sales, and most add-ons in feature data plans. This job has shown me how to understand just one company’s goal and what steps need to be taken in order for that goal to be reached.
