Bio
Christa Zambardino
I was the direct Manager of Stacey during most of my time while employed with Intersection. I managed her during her time as a People-Leader as well as an Individual Contributor so was open to seeing different sides of her professional development. I leaned into Stacey extensively due to her knowledge of the business, products, and systems for not only my own growth but for the entire teams benefit. She was a linchpin to me to aid in the development of our 1st sales support training program, revision of systems and process, and one of the lead trainers for new hires. Her enthusiasm for her work and contributions to helping others was invaluable. She consistently raises her hand to help drive revenue through the roles and responsibilities of not only her role as a Sales Coordinator but for many other individuals, offices, and teams. Outside of the professional side of the business, Stacey has an enthusiastic view on working and culture. She makes her job more than just a 9-5 role but puts her heart into the effort and it shows. More notably, she accepted feedback well and acted proactively on her weaknesses to get them to the strengths side of the spectrum through the identification of needs. Personally, Stacey and I had a positive cadence and I miss her enthusiasm she always brought to the table. In my viewpoint, anyone who gets the opportunity to work with her or for her is truly just plain lucky. I am excited to see Stacey grow professionally and where life will take her because it is going to be an exciting and successful ride!
