      Monthly, quarterly, and annual reconciliation of contract funding, actuals to date, and open commitments for National Nuclear Security Administration (NNSA). Created/supported creation of several tools to be utilized by URS personnel as well as Client (DOE) personnel in determining Fiscal Year budgets. FY 13 Budget Estimation Tool & Basis of Estimate Tool. Support Finance with annual Assessment of Clin. Utilized to determine Fee Awarded to URS for the RES contract. Creation of spreadsheets / macros utilized by fellow Cost Engineers in performing analysis of the contract and activities. Support Client (DOE) Division Directors with monthly analysis of activities and any modifications to the scope that may impact the annual budget. Reconciliation of monthly billing with corporate finance (used for monthly accruals and NETL reporting. Determination of Subcontract Value/Funding levels and processing of incremental modifications to both.
