Bio
Britta M.
Skye was the lead designer on a high visibility initiative at Scout RFP when I joined the team. She helped me ramp up quickly so that I could successfully contribute on a very complex project. She also helped set up the initial research and user testing for the project. Skye is a fun and passionate researcher and designer who would be a wonderful addition to any team.
Cliff S.
Skye joined our recently established enterprise UX team in 2016. She quickly made her mark on the team and it’s culture. Her innate ability to connect with everyone around her enabled her to grow the influence of design in her product area. Skye was also a huge part of our team’s culture. She established a team discussion circle and led many other team design activities. Her cultural efforts were a huge enabler for our team to rapidly scale designers by bringing together team members with others they might not of had a chance to meet in their day-to-day work. It was such a pleasure to watch Skye grow during the two years we worked together and I hope I get the chance to work with her again in the future.
