Alex Webb Building Leadership and Resilience Muscle
It is always a pleasure working with Skye. Her positivity is infectious and her drive and determination to bring world-class leadership development to all is a journey I feel privileged to be part of. Working with Skye, specifically on developing Women as Resilient Leaders, she has shown great subject knowledge, a warmth and ability to empathise and coach, and the courage to feedback to support her clients to be the best they can be. I would thoroughly recommend Skye to those looking for support in growing your confidence in who you are and what you do.
Clive Smyth MSc CMgr FCMI
I have had the great pleasure of working with Skye since 2006 when she volunteered to take on the role of Team Physiotherapist for the Defence Medical Services Training Centre, Brickwoods Filed Gun Crew. A calm and natural team player she fitted into this novel sporting environment with ease and really made a difference in the management of the crews' injuries. An accomplished sportswoman in her own right, Skye played Army Medical Services hockey and took on additional sport secretarial duties as well. So when I was lucky enough to have Skye assigned as a member of my Squadron (Sqn) from 2010 -12, I was delighted. Skye functioned excellently in her primary role of Regimental Physio and great added value to Sqn and Regimental clinical training throughout our preparation for operations. On operations Skye was the research lead and continuity for the Role One Rehabilitation Teams (RORT). It was through her persistent data collection, shrewd planning always aimed to give her patients optimal care and outcomes, that RORT as concept was defended, accepted and enhanced to the view of the medical chain of command. Skye is patient focused with the ability to attune those in her working sphere to that goal. Intelligent, analytical and focused, I strongly recommend her to future employers, as with her added high levels of emotional intelligence, Skye will make a significant difference to your team and outputs.
