    • Temporary Receptionist
      • Apr 2020 - Present

Since the beginning of 2020, I have assisted St George's Preparatory school at the Front Desk Reception whenever needed. This is mostly when the permanent receptionist is absent, undergoing training or attending a school event. I am required to answer/make phone calls, assist walk-in personal, take messages, forward calls and help learners in need. I did some learner application filings.

    • Temporary Educator
      • Jul 2022 - Sep 2022

I was a temporary Art Teacher for the duration of 3 months (term 3 of the school year) at St George's Preparatory school. I presented art lessons and classes (practical and theoretical) to grade 1's through to grade 7's as well as extra co-curricular art lessons after school hours. My lesson plan during this term consisted of 3 projects per grade that the students had to complete individually. Two of the projects were 2D and the last project was a 3D sculpture. All projects were based on a term theme. During this term there was an Art exhibition to showcase the children's work. I was required to preform all standard teacher duties such as lesson plans, term marks and report comments as well as participate in any staff meetings and events. I also aided in weekly Library duty for the grade 1's. Show less

    • Child Care Assistant
      • Feb 2020 - Jul 2022

I assisted children with homework and educational tasks, particularly those who may have required additional assistance and attention. I participated in the proceedings of extra co-curricular activities. We ensured a safe, comfortable and fun environment for the learners to explore their individuality and capabilities.

    • Educational Facilitator
      • Apr 2020 - Jun 2021

As an Educational Facilitator, I assisted a foreign student with their daily education and attempted to aid and smooth their transition into the school. I attended every class/lesson of their daily schooling with them and explained each task and assisted where needed. The beginning of the journey was still during COVID-19, therefore the classes were still alternating between one day at school and one day at home. When the student had their "at home" school day, I worked with them at their place of residence. Show less
