  As Associate Producer I am responsible for the co-ordination, planning and management of STC’s annual programs and projects, with a focus on the development and delivery of domestic touring and management of mainstage productions and other projects. The role requires management of delegated productions including budget forecasting and control, logistics, and liaison with co-producers, casting, production, marketing, ticketing and finance departments. I also assist with the negotiation, administration and contracting of the Company’s play licensing and commissioning and the administration of contracts relating to all STC projects and productions, as well as the Company Management of many STC productions. I have produced plays by directors including Kip Williams, Paige Rattray, Jessica Arthur, Shari Sebbens, Wesley Enoch, Imara Savage, Lee Lewis, Declan Greene, Sarah Goodes, Sarah Giles and Priscilla Jackman.   As a key member of the programming and producing team I worked across project development and delivery, producing a number creative developments with artists, facilitating site-specific residencies and industry showings. I produced major works for the Liveworks Festival of Experimental Art in 2015 and 2016, as well as the inaugural Liveworks Lab, an intensive residency for experimental artists across the Asia Pacific held at the Bundanon Trust. For the 2016 festival I developed an extensive Accessibility program as well as providing coordination, guest artist services, guidance and management for artists of diverse backgrounds and experiences.   Artsadmin is a unique producing and presenting organisation for contemporary artists working in theatre, dance, live art, visual arts and mixed media. As a member of the producing team I produced works focused on community participation within site-specific contexts. These works were presented at festivals throughout the UK. Key projects and achievements: - Amy Sharrocks' Museum of Water, produced in association with LIFT & Somerset House. - Under A Vaulted Sky, by Rosemary Lee, for IF Milton Keynes. - Out of Water, by Helen Paris & Caroline Wright at Summerhall @ Edinburgh Fringe. - Oversaw the public engagement program for Museum of Water, including “Midsummer Water Day” events. Mentorship by Judith Knight supported by the Australia Council's JUMP Mentorship Program and the Ian Potter Cultural Trust.
