I am assigned to the public program located in Ashburn, VA for the fall season 2021. I am responsible for coaching boys and girls, ages 2 through 8, with a total of 5 sessions on a weekly basis. I am responsible for following weekly curriculums set by Soccer Shots stressing character development and skill building. I am responsible for taking attendance for all 5 sessions, managing all the appropriate soccer equipment, and acting as a liaison between Soccer Shots and the parents to address any questions and concerns that they might have. I provided a unique customer experience by tailoring my coaching style to each player's personality while following the curriculum.
