I’ve had the pleasure of working with Skot Harness for over two years in the Distance Learning department, and most recently within the Information Technology Services department at ASU-Beebe. He is great at his job as an LMS Administrator, and is an amazing co-worker. He is extremely proficient at troubleshooting and resolving complex LMS issues while keeping all parties informed. I am grateful for his mentorship and guidance on how to provide great customer service. His technical skills led to the successful implementation of the Canvas LMS within the organization.
