  Dare IT Mentoring was a 3-month program where I worked with my mentor (Alicja Antkowiak) on my UX Researcher skills. Within the program, I was also improving my soft skills (e.g. time management, giving feedback, team work), and learning about working in Agile and Scrum. With over a dozen candidates for every place, qualifying for the program is a real achievement and I'm very proud to have participated in it.
