      We began supporting Omnipack in April 2017, a partnership that continues to the present day. However, I personally ceased involvement in March 2022. Over the years, the challenges the company faced evolved, but the primary ones included: - Building a lead generation engine to secure the anticipated number of qualified leads in the Polish market. - Launching the lead generation engine in selected European markets, notably Germany and Great Britain. - Professionally testing various acquisition channels, such as SEM, social media, mailings, and display. - Developing a website that is both conversion and SEO optimized. - Assisting in the selection of the MarTech stack, which includes CRM, marketing automation, and analytics, and also aiding in its configuration and upkeep. When we started working together, Omnipack had operational services but lacked marketing expertise. They sought a partner to manage this domain - someone to spearhead campaigns, explore new acquisition channels, oversee the martech infrastructure, and crucially, safeguard their business outcomes.
