      Rozemarijn is a well-known restaurant in the city centre of Maastricht. GaultMillau rewards Rozemarijn with 15 points and Michelin recommands it for years now. It's one of the finest restaurant in Maastricht. The kitchen found his basis in the French Cuisine, with influence of the "new world". The environment of this 5-star hotel suites me well, and I had a lot of fun working there. Tasting the most beautiful wines of the world, working with the best attributes, the most passionate staff, this experience is stunning for me!
