  Using elite and energy efficient building materials we can create truly one of a kind designs. No cookie cutters. We can achieve this without incurring outrageous additional costs most energy efficient home builders do. By focusing on the exterior envelope and using European design heating systems, our clients receive affordable yet comfortable homes. My main task is to directly manage all construction we are contracted to do. I pride myself on quality service and workmanship in the buildings we construct. I am also very experienced in construction and not afraid to pick up a hammer, pull some wire, push a brush, or even construct custom cabinetry. My knowledge of construction and market-demands allows me to manage and create designs that work for my client’s needs. I sit down and work side by side creating intricate preliminary floor plan sketches that are original and functional. This gives me the chance to understand my client’s needs and wants on a personal level, allowing me to represent my clients when consulting with my designers. Founding a new company often involves learning new skills that you previously didn't even know you were capable of. One such field for myself is marketing. I have been directly involved with designing and implementing all marketing strategies for GreenLife Homes Ltd. This includes: - Web Design - Brochures - Trade Show Booths - Banners - Logo - Graphics - Photos - Social Media - Creative Direction GreenLife Homes Ltd. is also affiliated with IPB Systems Ltd that manufactures and supplies insulated prefabbed wall systems. I have been designing the schematic plant drawings that the manufacture constructs the walls from. This allows me to work directly with engineers and to also learn new building techniques so my clients know they are getting a safe product. I enjoy making new professional acquaintances.
