  • I worked as an operator to become familiar with the machines and the processes for the period of five months. • I also did Process Capability, SPC (Statically Process Control), PFMEA (Potential Failure Mode Effective Analysis), Fishbone diagram and Error-proofing for all the Machines in the plant to reduce breakdown on machines.• Refurbishment of Master remover tank, this tank was used to wash compression springs, valves and orifice disc for the Sub-Assembly Cell – they build compression heads. It was change to a paint stripping tank for hangers, shock absorbers, struts and spinners. Initially the company was using a contractor (TMC) for paint stripping.• Assist Process Engineers to keep production in good quality.
