  My position at Luvuno's catering as the catering assistant allowed me to do everything that the Manager did which involves working from 9am in the morning till 3pm in the afternoon and also from 6pm till 12am if double shift is required. peeling of vegetables, cooking the food, waitering, serving the guests, cleaning and packing up when the event or function is over.
