During this job I've learnt to organise an event from the first phone call to the billing process. First, I was responsable to find places (hotels, restaurants, venues) for companies that required to organise meetings, business parties, teambuildings and much more. Second, I was in charge of sharing the different invoices received from the suppliers to my clients. Third, I was managing the logistics points for a perfect event. I've learnt to deal with several events at the same time (approximately 80), being organized, taking responsabilities, step out of my comfort zone and meet customers in person during the site inspection. I was also responsible of the invoice traking of one of our biggest client and raise unpaid bills. Show less

During this experience I've worked in all the positions of the Housekeeping departement. Starting by the laundry, from the housekeeper, coordinator to room supervisor. This job taught me how to manage a team by tacking in consideration not only the hotel objectives but also the human emotions of the people I was working with. It helps me to be efficient in a small amount of time and manage the stress. Working in all the positions allowed me to understand how a hotel works from the inside. Show less

This experience was based on the F&B side of the hotel, more specifically events organization. I was responsible of organizing all the business and private events in the hotel from the first call to the billing process. I had to receive the customers for a site inspection and give them as much information as possible and respond to their requests (themes, budgets, F&B, time, logistics). Then I was the bond between clients, the kitchen, the reception and the restaurant. Due to the size of the hotel I've had also the opportunity to work at the reception for a few month so I've learnt all the receptionist's tasks (chek-in, up-selling, cross-selling, billing, check-out) as well as the concierge's tasks.
