Master's thesis entitled "Non-invasive delivery of proteins into the eye: Use of iontophoresis to improve transport across biological membranes" was carried out in the Department of Molecular therapeutics delivery. (Grade : Excellent)- Development and optimization of analytical methods (UHPLC-UV, MS-MS).- Sample preparation in biological matrix (ocular matrix)- Stability study of proteins (Cytochrome c)- Noninvasive ocular administration of a protein: Transscleral iontophoresis.- Study of biodistribution of a protein: dissection of the eye globe and quantification of cytochrome c in the different compartments of the eye.
