  During my time at RFE Investment Partners I focused on new investment analysis and portfolio company support. Within new investment analysis, I primarily supported the Managing Director responsible for platform and add-on acquisitions in the following ways: • Drafting, marking up and negotiating Non-Disclosure Agreements • Initial Confidential Information Memorandum review, summarizing and recommending opportunities meriting further consideration • Co-ordination with sell-side Investment Bankers regarding initial information requests (detailed divisional or product data, detailed customer analysis, market size reports etc.) and management meetings • LBO Model development • Drafting internal Memos on prospective investments for internal Partners’ Meetings With respect to existing portfolio company support, I built a model that calculated and presented key profitability trends by division and location. This required drawing from multiple data sources, in different currencies, to draw insights into trending revenue, gross margin, key direct cost line items (facilities, raw materials, labor) and indirect cost line items.
