I have worked with Sivan for a few years during which I have found her to be an exceptional legal partner. Sivan has supported us in crafting and maintaining a multi-year, multi million global business partnership. During this engagement, Sivan has proven to be very professional, creative and extremely detail oriented. Sivan has been well respected by her team members including myself – I would be honored to have her on my legal team in the future.

Sivan is an excellent lawyer which I frequently consulted for Teva strategic Enterprise project. This large global IT project delivers a uniform SAP platform for more than 60 countries and plants. Sivan delivered hands on legal advice with the right focus on material risks. Based on good dialogues with Sivan, these material risks were identified and mitigated effectively. Besides that, Sivan is a good negotiator when needed. To help the business, Sivan took initiative to improve the global master agreements and SOW templates. These templates helped us to reduce negotiation lead times. Working with Sivan was very pleasant regardless time pressure and other project challenges. I certainly recommend Sivan for her excellent legal skills, pragmatic approach and collaborative way of working.
