With the subject matter expertise in Systems Engineering, Project Management and ICT integration, Sivan has been engaged to produce Introduction into Service (IIS) plan for On-Board Compute (OBC) and Digital Communications uplift for Land Mobility Platforms for Australian Army, in concurrence with Army Head Quarters and in support of Forces Command. The schedule is to meet the directed capability preparedness requirements for Capability Target State (CTS25). On-Board Compute is the practical implementation of the Generic Vehicle Architecture that enables Army to modernise its vehicle fleet. OBC is the core of the networked vehicle. Subsequently it has interface into the vehicle, radios, health monitoring systems, battle management applications, standards etc. The OBC initiative is focussed on the Protected and Unprotected Mobility fleet. Systems Engineer/Project Manager, Army Headquarters, Land Mobility Fleet Modernisation • Analysed and develop IIS requirements and manage and schedule to achieve a synchronised delivery (across inter-dependent Land projects, the tempo of Forces Command (FORCOMD)) that will see the delivery of OBC and Digital comms into Land force vehicles • Supported Army progress an outcome that sees the development and integration of OBC capability into the Protected Mobility fleet, in support of the 2025 force modernisation objectives • Conducted analysis to ensure the IIS of OBC is de-conflicted with and/or aligned with related C4 and platform projects • Developed an IIS plan for OBC across FORCOMD, with analysis initially focussing on the cross-project scheduling, and activities required to meet the 2025 objective • Supported AHQ and FORCOMD execute the IIS plan and deliver OBC capability across formations • Conducted risk management, including generating recommendations to Land C4 executive on the management of capability realisation of the 2025 vehicle modernisation objective • Adhere to One Defence Capability Show less
